Today I was all depressed, mostly because I was thinking of orphaned African children, but also because of the popularity of Uggs, and my salary, which at this point in time, puts me somewhere between welfare and Wal-mart. I decided to bring myself out of this bottomless pit by listening to feel-good music, which in my world equates to Monty Python's "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life", which makes me feel better because I am not in the process of being crucified, and Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry Be Happy", which lights up my life because I get to compare myself to black men in America with stock market troubles.
This was not the end of my therapy session however, as I soon discovered something I think which would make anybody bubble up with joy: eating salad.
